Our History
Founded in 1931 by master granite cutter Fred Polacsek, Quaker Memorial Works has served the Pittstown community for over 90 years. Fred’s dedication to craftsmanship built a lasting reputation that carried through generations. In 1983, Leroy Harms continued this tradition, followed by John Flynn in 2006.
Today, John’s sons, Jim and Charlie Flynn, proudly uphold the values of compassion, quality, and personal service. Quaker Memorial Works remains committed to helping families create meaningful, lasting memorials that honor their loved ones’ lives.
