Welcome to Quaker Memorial Works

Fred Polacsek was a skilled granite cutter known for his craftsmanship and dedication. His expertise in carving and engraving cemetery monuments took him across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Vermont, establishing a legacy of quality and care that endures today. Under Fred’s leadership, the business earned recognition as one of the country’s top Rock of Ages monument dealerships. In 1983 Leroy Harms took the reins, continuing the tradition of excellence and service. This commitment was carried forward in 2006 when John Flynn acquired Quaker Memorial Works. After John’s passing in 2022, his sons, Jim and Charlie Flynn, assumed operations, ensuring that the values their father and predecessors instilled remain at the heart of the business.
